  I was incredibly pleased with Dwyer’s work renovating my upstairs bathroom and replacing the old sewer line under my basement slab. They were definitely the most affordable option, and the quality of their work was outstanding – truly exceeded my expectations. The team worked incredibly hard and were very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves.   “We had a really frustrating experience with this company. Our landlord, someone we deeply trust, hired them to unclog a toilet, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete rip-off. They didn’t actually fix the problem – they just used a machine and told us the toilet was severely backed up. The bill was a shocking $600 for what felt like less than two hours of work, and we were quoted half that price from three other licensed plumbers in the area. To add to the problem, we had to come back home because the door was left unlocked, the screen door was open, and the bathroom was a mess after they were done. The company owner was completely unapologetic, just sticking to his price and ignoring the fact that his employees were dishonest about the door situation and misleading us on the phone. Honestly, I’m pretty sure with a simple plunger, we could have taken care of the clog ourselves.” report abuse
