  “We were so thrilled with our experience working with Capital Insurance Restoration – it truly was fantastic! Andrew was our main point of contact and he was absolutely wonderful. He was recommended to us by a friend, and from the very beginning, he was incredibly respectful and honest. He took the time to really explain everything to me, even though I don’t have a background in roofing, and he went above and beyond to show me pictures of the roof from his visits. Andrew gave us a completely honest assessment, a fair price, and the quality of work was outstanding. He kept us in the loop constantly, not just before the job but throughout the whole installation process, and he even followed up to make sure we were happy with the final result. He then connected us with Andrew Crawford, who was truly exceptional. Andrew was incredibly honest, straightforward, and dedicated, and he always responded to our questions promptly. Andrew was fantastic – he took the time to really understand my needs and explained everything clearly, which was incredibly helpful since I hadn't dealt with a claim like this before. They completely replaced my roof, did some gutter repairs, and even expertly repaired a section with copper, using a specialist they recommended. And because of the roof damage, they also took care of painting my bedroom. What really stood out was how smoothly the whole process went; all the teams they brought in were professional and really easy to work with.
