“Seth did a fantastic job installing our metal roofs back in Guilford about 15-16 years ago. They’re still going strong, which is a testament to his quality work, and his prices were really good – honestly, he should have charged more!”

“I can’t recommend this team highly enough. They truly delivered outstanding work, and I honestly don’t know if I could find another company with the same level of professionalism. They completely transformed my older house through extensive renovations over the past few years, and the results are absolutely incredible. They were fantastic with my budget and managed to elevate the house beyond my original expectations. It’s now nothing short of amazing, and getting on their list was definitely the right decision – it’s absolutely worth the wait.”

Seth was absolutely fantastic – truly a professional and reliable contractor. My husband and I were really struggling to find someone to assess and repair a leaking roof, and Seth immediately stepped in and made it a priority. He arrived before the next rainstorm, and thankfully, the price was even lower than his initial estimate. We wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone needing quality work and exceptional customer service.

“We’ve been incredibly pleased with Plumbline Carpentry – specifically Seth – for over twelve years now. He’s consistently demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, and we’ve always felt completely comfortable leaving our projects in his hands. He’s done amazing work on our camp, from renovating the kitchen and bath to building a storage shed and recently covering our bedrooms with beautiful knotty pine. We’re really looking forward to having him replace our roof next year. Seth is a true craftsman, incredibly reliable, and always delivers on his promises – both in terms of quality and staying on schedule and budget. We wholeheartedly recommend Plumbline Carpentry and hope to continue our partnership for many years to come.”

Plumbline Carpentry has been absolutely fantastic for us. They’ve tackled so many different projects – everything from a new roof and windows to a complete renovation of our third-floor attic into a gorgeous living space with a bedroom and beautiful bathroom. They’ve even done several additions to the house and built some lovely porches. Honestly, their prices are incredibly reasonable, and the quality of their work is outstanding; they consistently go above and beyond our expectations. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our home.

Seth was fantastic – we really appreciate his reliability and honesty. He tackled the leak in our slate roof quickly and efficiently, and we’ll definitely be calling him again for any future roof repairs.

Seth and his team did an absolutely fantastic job building my garage. They were incredibly efficient, finishing the project within two weeks and the quality of their work was outstanding – truly impressive craftsmanship. It was clear they worked really well together as a team and were consistently hardworking and reliable.

“I wasn’t able to take on the job due to a fully booked schedule until July, and felt it was too small for my business. While I ultimately found another contractor, the experience was a little frustrating – they didn’t even offer a site visit before quoting a price of $3,000 to $5,000. I wouldn't recommend them.”
-
“We absolutely want to thank you so much for your help – you really saved the day! We were in a bit of a bind with the quad winch and snowblower acting up, but you got the driveway looking fantastic and went above and beyond. We’re incredibly grateful and will definitely be recommending you to everyone!”
