  Eric and Quality Deluxe were absolutely fantastic – truly a lifesaver! I recently had them upgrade a pipe to install an irrigation system, and Eric handled a really tricky situation with a corroded, old town pipe with incredible professionalism. He and his crew, Drew and Monty, even worked in a cramped, dark crawlspace without missing a beat, and their sense of humor kept things light. The backflow installation on my house is beautifully done. But the really amazing thing was when my son’s boiler started leaking – Eric was there the same day! I wholeheartedly recommend Quality Deluxe; they really do seem to be “Always there for you.” report abuse

  Eric and his company were absolutely fantastic – seriously, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I called them with a really last-minute request for a gas oven installation, and Eric went above and beyond. He called me back almost as soon as I left a message, managed to squeeze me in on the same day despite his schedule, and then he didn’t just oversee the installation, he personally checked it after it was finished to make sure everything was working perfectly and safely.   “I had a leak with my irrigation Pressure Vacuum Breaker, and thankfully, Quality Deluxe LLC responded quickly. Eric, the owner, contacted me right away with a quote and scheduled a replacement for me the very next day. He and his team did a fantastic job – the old unit was replaced along with new piping and fittings, all done efficiently and professionally. Eric was so polite and helpful, even giving me some helpful tips about the new system.
