  RD Construction did an absolutely fantastic job on my basement repairs and then went on to build a beautiful new patio for me. I was a little hesitant at first because they offered the best price, but their work was truly exceptional. They completed the massive basement project – digging out and rebuilding three of the walls, resealing, and tuckpointing – ahead of schedule, and it’s been three years now without a single drop of water getting in. I really appreciated that they didn’t require any upfront payment, just full payment upon completion. More recently, they built a stamped concrete patio with a sitting wall and fire pit in my backyard, which turned out amazing. I highly recommend RD Construction – I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. report abuse

  Overall, R D did a fantastic job repairing the foundation on my grandma’s house before we listed it for sale. I’ve heard from several people who’ve used his services and they were all very pleased. What really stood out was how thorough he was – he didn’t just gloss over the problem; he used devices to clearly show me how badly the walls were leaning. The other contractors I spoke with didn’t offer that level of detail or explanation. Plus, his quote was the most competitive, and he didn’t require any money down upfront, which was a big plus. He did a really solid job excavating and straightening the wall, reinforcing the other walls, and even replaced the porch he removed, cleaning up everything perfectly when he was finished.   Randy and his crew did a fantastic job excavating my basement and completing the work – leveling the walls and installing the steel posts. It was a really big undertaking, and they managed to get it done in about four days. They were always punctual and left the site spotless, which I really appreciated.
