  Consolidated Doors really needs to improve their product knowledge and communication. It was clear they weren't fully informed about the specific features of the doors they were selling, like the need for a safety light, and they hadn’t been aware of Clopay’s recent design changes. Based on this, I can only give them a rating of two out of three. report abuse
