From the very beginning, they kept us fully informed, providing a detailed week-by-week schedule that they stuck to almost perfectly – we just had a slight delay due to the holidays. They were always quick to answer our questions and address any concerns we had, and we really appreciated how well they explained everything to us.   Working with Jim and Todd at Cream City Construction on our kitchen remodel was truly a fantastic experience. It was a big undertaking, but they handled everything so seamlessly. We were especially impressed with the beautiful design they created and how diligently they stuck to the agreed-upon timeline. Jim was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we got the granite we originally wanted for our countertops. They also made the process so much easier by carefully selecting the sink, faucet, and flooring – we really appreciated not being bombarded with choices. All the contractors they worked with were professional and did a wonderful job.
