I was really impressed with the work AWH was doing on the Maytag building, so I checked out their website. It’s clear they’re the leading preservation firm in Minneapolis – they have a truly impressive portfolio of projects, not just in preservation, but also in solar, workplace, and paper architecture. Everything they’ve done is beautifully designed and it’s obvious they prioritize their clients’ needs. Minneapolis, you’ve got a fantastic team here!

Alex really left a bad impression. He was quite rude and arrogant, and frankly, it felt completely unreasonable that he charged me the full estimate price when we never even started any work on the project. His comment about it potentially being “cost prohibitive” felt dismissive, and it’s frustrating that he didn’t bring that up earlier.

“Overall, it was a really positive experience working with this team. They were incredibly responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed, always happy to answer my questions via phone or email. Importantly, the project was finished quickly and, honestly, they went above and beyond my expectations.”

“This firm consistently delivers excellent work for the city – I wholeheartedly recommend them.”
