I’m really disappointed to share my experience with RSP Architects. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them. It’s deeply concerning to me how they’ve treated their employees – particularly those with significant tenure like the 13-year veteran I’m referring to. Laying off employees with no warning and failing to provide even a month’s salary or accrued PTO is simply unacceptable. It’s clear that compassion and respect are essential for any successful business, and RSP has fallen short. They offered a severance package of just $5,000 after 13 years of service, and didn't cover earned PTO – it's a truly disheartening situation.
