  I was visiting family and decided to stop by to browse doors. Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. It was 12:55 when I spoke with a staff member who immediately refused to sell me the door I was interested in, stating that we needed to leave due to the store closing. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and she essentially rushed us out the door even though I had my wallet ready to pay. The customer service was truly awful. report abuse

  “I’ve been a customer at BB for over 20 years, and unfortunately, my recent experience was really disappointing. I contacted them in August of 2019 to donate some old metal mailboxes our HOA was replacing, wanting to avoid them going to a landfill. However, the interaction I had was incredibly rude – they just picked up the boxes without any communication. I followed up with a text message, but received no response at all. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t appreciate the gesture, and I won’t be returning.” report abuse

  Overall, this place has a lot of really great things to offer. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t have many cabinet hinges in good condition – that was the specific item I was looking for. Also, it was surprisingly cold inside, even on a warm day, so definitely bring a coat! report abuse

It seems like a great place to find affordable things, especially if you’re looking for salvaged goods or dealing with supply chain issues.   “I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at the front desk. I’d been searching for specific light fixtures for months and was excited to finally make the purchase. However, the staff member I interacted with was completely lacking in customer service – she didn’t offer any greetings or polite farewells. More concerningly, she remained seated throughout our interaction, which seemed to hinder her ability to assist me effectively. She also made a significant error with my order, leading to two incorrect charges, and couldn't even locate the receipt. Overall, the interaction felt very rude and unprofessional.” report abuse
