  Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with Minneapolis Garage Builders. We had a pretty challenging project – building a three-car garage for our condo association while adhering to strict commercial codes – and they tackled everything with professionalism and expertise.   I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Minneapolis Garage Builders. I hired them in March of 2023 to replace my old single-car garage with a new, detached two-car garage, and from the very beginning, Joe Slavec and his team just impressed me. They were incredibly responsive when I had a small issue that needed a service call – they fixed it right away! Throughout the entire project, from demolition to the final cleanup, their team was professional, skilled, and communicated perfectly with all the subcontractors and me as the homeowner. They clearly have the expertise and the right connections to deliver a top-quality result with as little disruption as possible.   Overall, I’m really pleased with the work Minneapolis Garage Builders did on my new garage. The weather was thankfully cooperative, which allowed them to complete the demolition and slab pour relatively quickly. While the project progressed in phases due to the weather and crew scheduling, the team was consistently professional, hardworking, and always courteous.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our new garage from Minneapolis Garage. From the initial planning stages through to the final touches, the crews were fantastic and incredibly professional. They really took the time to offer helpful advice on our choices, and the whole process – from the demolition to the framing, siding, and roofing – moved along very quickly and efficiently. We especially appreciated how well-organized everything was and how promptly any questions or concerns were addressed. The backfill and finishing crew did a wonderful job of making everything look perfect, and they kept the site clean throughout the project. It’s clear that Minneapolis Garage has a great reputation, as the inspectors we spoke with were very impressed with their work. We wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse

  Working with Minneapolis Garage Builders was truly a fantastic experience. From the start, Joe was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. We were in a really stressful situation after our previous contractor completely disappeared, leaving a huge mess behind, but Minneapolis Garage Builders turned everything around. The project is now finished and honestly, it’s even better than we imagined! They kept us updated regularly and were always upfront and honest. What really stood out to us was how professional they were – every day, the team cleaned up after themselves and left the site spotless, which was a huge relief. We were expecting to pay more working with a new company, but their quote was surprisingly reasonable and comparable to what we’d received from our first contractor. report abuse

  MPLS Garage completely transformed our garage, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. From start to finish, they were incredibly thoughtful, professional, and courteous. The work itself was fantastic – they delivered exactly what we’d planned. Just a heads-up though: they’re upfront about potential delays due to the complexity of the project, involving multiple contractors and inspections, so patience is definitely key.   “I couldn’t be happier with the garage Minneapolis Garage Builders built for me. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and they stuck to their timeline really well. They kept me updated every step of the way, and the crew was fantastic – so considerate and focused on doing the job right. There were a few minor things that came up during construction, but Travis, the project manager, was always responsive and proactive, getting back to me with a phone call by the end of each day.
