I submitted a quote request twice, both from my phone and my computer, and specifically asked about a quick turnaround if the quote was acceptable.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the entire experience building my garage with Western. It took nearly four months, and they initially built it almost two feet too close to the alley, forcing us to add an extension and move the whole thing back. The extension itself is already sinking two inches – the whole structure feels like it’s falling apart. Adding to the frustration, Brad was consistently shady and unhelpful. The worst part was seeing him look at the check; I could have gotten a much larger garage for the same price. Western’s extras are just a trick, and I spent countless evenings cleaning up after their shoddy workmanship – essentially working an extra twelve shifts a week. Frankly, I believe Western buys cheap garage kits from places like Menards, uses unreliable subcontractors, and completely disregards customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t trust them. And don’t even bother checking with the Better Business Bureau – their reviews are completely misleading. I wish I’d never used Western; it’s been a nightmare. report abuse

  Overall, the garage build was really well done – a fantastic job! However, we did encounter some challenges with the concrete work. RC Construction was difficult to work with, and unfortunately, there were some issues with the concrete itself, like cuts that were too deep. They weren’t willing to address these problems, which was disappointing. report abuse

  “I’m concerned about Brad’s approach. I’ve observed him using competitor names to generate leads, which feels quite underhanded. Frankly, I wouldn’t trust a company that operates that way. Despite my direct request that he stop, he’s continued this behavior.” report abuse

The customer service was incredibly poor, the work was sloppy, and there was a complete lack of communication throughout the entire process.
