  I just wanted to take a moment to share an incredibly positive experience I had with Chad Mesenbring, one of your field technicians. He recently came to our house in Lakeville to fix our garage door, and I was really impressed. Not only was he incredibly efficient and clearly knowledgeable, but he also took the time to identify a simple fix that would have dramatically improved the door’s performance – something we hadn’t even realized needed addressing. Honestly, you don’t always think about garage doors, but when they’re not working properly, it really makes a difference. Chad’s professionalism and genuine passion for his work were outstanding; I immediately felt like I could trust him.   “I couldn’t be happier with Reliable Garage Door! From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Our salesperson was incredibly helpful and didn’t push us at all – he really listened to our needs and presented us with a range of options at very reasonable prices. What really stood out was his generosity; he even had a technician come out and temporarily fix our broken door while we waited for the new one, and of course, they didn’t charge us for it. We did have a slight hiccup with the initial order, but our sales rep kept us fully informed and quickly found the correct door.   “Andrew was fantastic – he really went above and beyond. He called within the first minute of the scheduled appointment and gave me a precise arrival time, which he absolutely stuck to. The work itself was done professionally and efficiently, just as he’d estimated. But what really stood out was his personality; he’s such a genuinely nice guy! He even noticed my daughter’s rock tumbler and, as a hobby, he hunts and polishes rocks himself.   Bryan was fantastic – he really took the time to explain the different garage door opener options to us, helping us choose the best one for our needs. He also addressed some issues we had with the original installation, replacing worn rollers and hardware that the builder hadn’t done properly.
