There were significant errors in the execution, including inconsistent post lengths and a failure to accurately account for the angled construction of my property.   “I was really impressed with the team’s responsiveness and attention to detail. After we sent them the work proposal on Tuesday, they were already on-site checking things out just two days later – which was fantastic! They were incredibly thorough and precise with their work, going above and beyond to ensure accuracy. I even looked at the security camera footage to see how they located a corner monument, and they were incredibly patient, taking the time to double-check measurements with a GPS antenna and referencing other monuments. It was clear they really wanted to get it right, and I’m so grateful for their meticulous approach.   I was initially very concerned when Vladimir from E.D.S. provided property line coordinates that didn’t match the records held by Hennepin County – a discrepancy that’s been in place for over 70 years. After having my own property surveyed, which confirmed the county records, I reached out to Vladimir. I’m so relieved to say he was completely honest and helped us uncover the issue: someone had inadvertently added a second survey marker, shifted slightly, to my neighbor’s yard. It turned out Vladimir and my surveyor were already in communication about this when it initially occurred. I truly trust E.D.S. and Vladimir to work collaboratively with my surveyor to resolve this definitively. report abuse

  Vlad Silver is a dishonest and aggressive individual who attempted to defraud us during a building project. We strongly advise anyone considering working with him to proceed with extreme caution. From the outset, he tried to pressure us into overlooking critical building permit requirements, and when we rightfully questioned his actions, he escalated to increasingly unreasonable demands and threats. He repeatedly inflated costs, attempted to take credit for our architect’s work, and even sent a fake lawyer to intimidate us. His behavior was consistently manipulative, belittling, and ultimately, illegal. We ended our relationship with him due to his aggressive and unethical tactics. We urge you to thoroughly investigate any dealings with Vlad Silver and to report any suspicious activity immediately. report abuse
