  Working with Sylvestre’s was truly a fantastic experience. While we did encounter a few challenges during our bathroom renovation – as is often the case with projects like this – what really stood out was their responsiveness and dedication. Our contractor, Marc, was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond, ensuring everything was done to perfection, even when things got complicated or took longer than anticipated.   “Sylvestre Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our kitchen! They tackled a really tricky situation with the old, unusable fireplace – a three-sided wood-burning unit the previous owners had installed – and completely removed it for us. We’d lived with it for years, using the basement insert, but finally needed the extra space. They were so professional, especially with the chimney demolition, and they even ensured the new custom cabinets matched the existing ones from a previous remodel.   Overall, we were extremely pleased with Sylvestre’s work on this project – it was our second collaboration and followed a successful first project, so we had high expectations. They were incredibly attentive, with our project manager checking in almost daily to ensure everything stayed on track, and we finished right on schedule.   Overall, Sylvestre Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job transforming my townhome. I hired them about a year ago for two significant projects – renovating the unfinished lower level and completely remodeling my master bath, plus adding a beautiful Trex deck. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, it was a genuinely positive experience working with John, Katie, Jim, and Les, and their team of skilled subs. John and Katie were particularly attentive, really taking the time to understand my vision and even suggesting some really smart improvements I hadn’t considered myself. And thankfully, both projects were completed on schedule and within budget – no unexpected delays or cost increases whatsoever. The quality of the work is outstanding; it’s truly beautiful. I’ve been really pleased with the results. Just recently, about ten months later, we had a minor issue with some new overhead lights on one switch, but Katie responded incredibly quickly – an electrician was there within the afternoon and the problem was resolved the same day.
