  I’ve been a customer with Edina Alarm since 1995, and I’ve always been impressed with their responsiveness – they were really good at quickly fixing any issues that would occasionally pop up. About a month ago, I had a false alarm while I was away, and thankfully, we figured out it wasn’t a problem with the system itself, but actually a dusty smoke detector from some remodeling work. Because I had one of the older systems, I decided it was the right time to upgrade. After looking into the new technology, I chose a cellular alarm system, which is fantastic – no need for internet or a home phone line, and I can even control it from my phone! Edina Alarm was able to reuse some of my existing sensors, but we definitely needed to upgrade the smoke detectors. Jake did the installation and took the time to train me, and he was fantastic – really personable, punctual, and did a superb job. I wholeheartedly recommend Edina Alarm. report abuse
