  I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience with this company. It feels like the overwhelmingly positive reviews online might be from the company itself, and frankly, it’s frightening to think about relying on them for our safety, especially with a three-year contract. From start to finish, it’s been a disaster. The technician who installed our system arrived in an Uber and was missing essential equipment, forcing us to wait while his girlfriend brought supplies. He spent three hours at our home without properly demonstrating how to use the system, and when I followed up to have someone else show us, they had no available technician and suggested we learn it over the phone! Now we’re dealing with a malfunctioning door sensor that’s constantly going off – it’s incredibly disruptive and, quite frankly, unsafe. To add to the frustration, the technician who was supposed to address the issue this morning never arrived. Honestly, this is a serious concern given our long-term safety commitment, and I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. report abuse

  Honestly, our experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. From the moment the system was installed, we’ve faced constant problems, and it’s taken weeks to even get a manager to acknowledge the issues. The technician was scheduled over a month ago, and now we’re left trying to cancel our contract because we feel completely disregarded. We strongly advise against using their services. report abuse
