“I’m really frustrated – I’ve repeatedly asked everyone to remove me from your call list, and it’s clear that hasn’t been done. It’s incredibly annoying that they keep saying it’s my first time contacting you.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. Despite multiple requests to be removed from their call list and a formal complaint filed with the FCC, I’m still receiving calls. Honestly, I’m seriously considering pursuing legal action against them if this continues.

“I’ve been getting bombarded with these relentless robocalls – mostly from different numbers across the country. It’s always the same thing: ‘This is XX from National Home Security. How are you today?’ They’re trying to sell advertising services, and I’ve actually started recognizing the script! I’ve even tried to speak to a real person to be added to their do-not-call list, but they just hang up. The calls have gotten worse since then. I’ve been on the do-not-call registry for years, so it feels completely inappropriate and frankly, like harassment. I wouldn’t ever consider doing business with a company that behaves like this.”

This was an incredibly frustrating experience. The initial call felt completely automated, like a pre-recorded message was just repeating itself. Then, I was transferred to someone named John who wouldn’t provide the company’s website – he kept questioning if I was using their system, which felt incredibly condescending. When I simply asked for the website address, he hung up. Honestly, it felt like they were ashamed of their business and unwilling to provide basic information. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

This situation is incredibly frustrating. It seems my contact information has been repeatedly listed with this company, and Amanda has been calling me dozens of times from different states – Massachusetts, North Carolina, Texas, California, Alabama, and Florida – all claiming their number has been cloned. I’ve even spoken to some of those numbers themselves, and they’re understandably upset. Worse yet, when I contact the company’s website number, I just get a recording, and when I finally get through to Amanda, she simply hangs up.

I’m incredibly frustrated and disturbed by the persistent calls I’ve been receiving. Despite repeatedly requesting that my number be removed from your call list, I’m still being contacted by Amanda and Jennifer multiple times throughout the day. These calls, which seem to involve pre-recorded messages, feel like harassment, and I’m seriously considering taking legal action. I don’t want your product and I want these calls to stop immediately.

I just wanted to share my positive experience with National Home Security in the Twin Cities. Loren, the owner, has been absolutely professional and we’ve been incredibly happy with his service. We’ve been using National Home Security for over 30 years to maintain our home security system, central vacuum, and intercom – and it’s fantastic to see a local business providing such reliable support. It’s really frustrating to see a company with a similar name getting a bad reputation unfairly, so I wanted to encourage everyone to give them a chance!

I’m really frustrated with this company. They’ve been calling me repeatedly with pre-recorded messages, and I’ve been completely unable to get my name removed from their list. Honestly, I don’t understand why they’re contacting me at all – I’m not interested in their wireless home security system.
-
“I really think this was a scam. They were very persistent and tried to pressure me into saying ‘yes’ repeatedly, even when I asked for clarification. They kept repeating things like ‘you do home the home out there right?’ and it felt like a deliberate tactic to get me to agree without fully understanding what was being offered.”
-
“I’m really frustrated – I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling, sometimes multiple times a day, but they just keep calling and hanging up. It’s incredibly disruptive and disrespectful.”
