  I’m incredibly frustrated. I had solar panels installed back in May 2021, and I was told they would eventually lead to a more stable and lower electricity bill. Now it’s 2023, and I’m still seeing no change whatsoever. I’ve been left in the dark about what’s happening, and frankly, I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication. I’m seriously considering what steps I need to take – whether the company removed the panels or not – and I’m exploring my legal options if I don’t get a clear explanation. report abuse
