  “I hired Waterproofing NE with the hope of supporting a small business, but unfortunately, the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I had them install drain tile and a sump pump in my basement for $14,000 – a project that’s now taking seven months and has actually made my water problem *worse*. Shortly after the work was finished, I noticed water spots forming on my basement floor, following the path of the new drain tile. It became clear that the tile was trapping water and causing it to seep up through the cement, creating spots where I hadn't had any water issues before. They actually came out twice to try and fix it, but they weren’t successful. Now, I’m still dealing with water problems and, to add to the stress, Waterproofing NE has directed me to their insurance company. Dealing with the insurance company has been a complete nightmare.   “I can’t recommend Andrew and his team highly enough. The reviews speak for themselves – seriously, you should hire them! They were fantastic. Andrew himself took the time to walk me through all my concerns and thoroughly inspect our property, especially focusing on areas where we’d had issues with water damage from storms and freeze-thaw cycles. I’ve gotten quotes from several companies in Seattle, and Andrew’s pricing was incredibly reasonable. It was so fair, I didn't even bother looking at other options. They completed the work in just 2.5 days and left our house in perfect condition.
