  Overall, I was really pleased with my experience. I ordered four windows back in June, and they were expertly installed in September – everything was exactly as I’d hoped for.   Overall, we were really pleased with the kitchen cabinet refacing done by The Window Store. The process itself was pretty smooth, although the initial sales consultation felt a bit rushed and we had to make a quick decision. However, Pete, the installer, was fantastic – he was so easy to talk to and really listened to our concerns. He proactively discussed any changes he suggested and made sure we were completely happy with everything. We especially appreciated his attention to detail and how he worked with us to get the kitchen looking exactly how we wanted. Seeing the before and after photos really shows the difference!   John did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our cabinets. He was so reliable and communicative throughout the whole process, and he always took the time to clean up thoroughly after himself.   Overall, I was incredibly happy with my recent window replacement experience with The Window Store Home Improvements. I worked with Travis Person during the sales process, and I was really impressed with the quality of the EcoMaxx windows and the competitive pricing he offered. I had quotes from a couple of other companies, but The Window Store just seemed like the best fit. The installation crew was fantastic – they arrived on time, did an absolutely fantastic job installing the new windows the same day, and they were so respectful of my house. They also took the time to clean up thoroughly after themselves. We had a brutal deep freeze in February, but I was really pleased to see how well the new windows performed.   I was honestly a little hesitant to get a window consultation, especially as a woman on my own. But I’m so glad I took the chance and met with someone from Window Store Home Improvements. They were so professional and took the time to explain everything, which really put me at ease. I’d done my research beforehand and was really impressed with their A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and all the positive reviews people had shared. I absolutely love my new windows – they’ve made such a difference! I ended up being so impressed that I had them do my kitchen refacing too, and even my brother’s house!   We’re absolutely thrilled with the kitchen refacing project The Window Store completed for us! From start to finish, the service was truly professional, and we’re especially delighted with the stunning final result. Arlen, our salesman, was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable about the whole process and all the options available, and he was incredibly patient with us as we went back and forth about the finish. He kept us completely informed, letting us know exactly who would be in touch and when each step would happen – and he delivered on everything he promised. John, our installer, was equally impressive. He was always punctual, incredibly skilled, and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, answered all our questions, and finished the project exactly on schedule in just five days! The quality of his workmanship is outstanding. We’re just blown away by the quality of the materials too – the birch finish on our oak cabinets, the beautiful dovetail drawers made with cherry, and the clever features like the soft-close doors and hidden hinges. They were also amazing at accommodating our specific requests, like raising the cabinet floor above the fridge. We wholeheartedly recommend The Window Store to anyone considering updating their kitchen cabinets without a full rebuild.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with The Window Store. They were able to replace two very old windows in our 108-year-old farmhouse, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. Aaron, the salesperson, was so honest and didn’t try to pressure us into anything – it was really appreciated. We did have to wait a few months for the custom windows to be made in Duluth, and they were a bit pricier than we expected, but honestly, it was completely worth it. Knowing they were specifically designed for Minnesota weather and are just excellent quality makes all the difference. We absolutely love how they look and how well they function. Isaac did the installation, and he was fantastic – friendly, professional, and he got the job done quickly and cleaned up perfectly. We’re so happy with our new windows and would definitely recommend The Window Store to anyone! report abuse

  “About six years ago, we worked with the Window Store to replace all our doors and windows in stages. We initially focused on replacing our biggest window, both patio doors, and the front door – and we absolutely love how those turned out! A couple of years later, they replaced roughly a third of the remaining windows, and this year they finished up the last ones. We’re really pleased with the final result, and we’ve already noticed a significant improvement in insulation, keeping our heat and air conditioning inside much better now.” report abuse
