  I recently visited Hidden Valley to look at a mobile home, and my experience was really disappointing. The salesperson, Wade, quoted a price between $30,000 and $35,000, and I even provided cash to complete an application. However, they ultimately rejected our offer, citing a 14-year-old felony – which felt completely unreasonable. Beyond that, I’ve been researching the park and it seems to have a serious problem with drug activity and very poor management. While we genuinely liked the mobile home itself, it's clear these people aren't operating with a fair or equal standard. As a business owner in the town, I’m also frustrated because I want to support local businesses, but I wouldn’t recommend Hidden Valley to anyone. The park desperately needs updates, and frankly, it’s a concerning situation. report abuse
