  NRD absolutely knocked it out of the park with my retaining wall project. From the initial design to the final installation, everything was handled flawlessly. What really stood out was their attention to detail – they went above and beyond to seamlessly integrate the new wall with my existing driveway, creating a really impressive transformation.   “We had a really frustrating experience with this project and NRD. We started planning it back in 2019, and the installation was completed in 2020, but we found their communication to be incredibly poor. After making our deposit, we constantly had to chase them for updates, and they often just said they were busy – which, frankly, felt like a dismissive excuse. Due to this lack of communication, we wouldn’t recommend them and definitely won’t be using their services again.” report abuse
