  “I want to be really clear about this – don’t rely on Franklin for finding parts. They’ve consistently steered people wrong, leading them on wild goose chases with vendors who don’t actually carry their products. It’s a huge waste of time. For instance, they once suggested replacing a perfectly good sump pump with a new one just to swap out a float – a really unnecessary step.” report abuse
