  “Honestly, it’s really frustrating trying to find parts for Franklin products. They consistently point you towards vendors who aren’t reliable, and you end up spending a lot of time chasing down leads that don’t pan out. For example, they suggested trying to replace a float with a new pump – which doesn’t make sense for older systems.” report abuse

  “My mom contacted Franklin Electric through her home warranty and initially everything seemed fine – she spoke with a helpful technician. However, when he arrived at her house, he immediately told her they didn’t handle warranties, which was disappointing.
