They responded so quickly and seemed genuinely concerned when I called. They took care of everything – contacting Alabama Power, coordinating the repair, and even scheduling the inspector – and got my power back on within just 10 hours!   “I called to schedule an inspection, and the team came out to take a look. They explained some things, and promised to get a quote and contact me by the weekend – either by email or phone.
