Overall, “Good Place” is a really clever and surprisingly poignant show. It’s got a fantastic premise – the afterlife based on your moral compass – and the characters are genuinely engaging, even the slightly ridiculous ones. The writers do a great job of balancing the dark humor with moments of real emotional depth, exploring themes of regret and redemption in a really thoughtful way. It's definitely a show that sticks with you.
