  “I’m absolutely thrilled with the work Mr. Terry did for our home. From the very beginning, he understood my vision – a truly unique space with those beautiful, old-world European arches. I struggled to find a vanity mirror that matched, but Mr. Terry was a lifesaver. He cleverly used the same templates he’d created for our foyer arches, and the result was just perfect! It’s been about two months now, and I still find myself admiring the craftsmanship, it’s truly extraordinary. He was incredibly professional and easy to work with, and he even beat out three other glass and mirror estimates. He was punctual, reliable, and handled every detail with such care – like adding an outlet above the sink for my powder room mirror, which he seamlessly integrated. Beyond the main project, he’s tackled everything from the glass tops for our coffee tables to replacing the glass in our curio cabinet, and even creating an access panel for my grandfather clock. And the best part? He designed and installed our stunning steam shower, partnering with Bay Shore Glass, LLC to achieve perfection! Honestly, the whole experience was so positive, I’m already considering getting him to work on a bay window at our older house to prepare it for sale, and I'm even thinking about getting him to do glass tops for some of our antique furniture.   Terrance was thrilled with his experience! He was searching for a window replacement specialist and thankfully found Open Windows Glass just as he was about to give up.   Honestly, my experience with this company was really frustrating and felt incredibly unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon, and they confirmed it by text, but no one ever showed up. It took me a week to get them to remember our conversation, and then they promised someone would come after 3:30 PM. I went out of my way to be ready, but still, no one came. When I called to complain, they said they were busy with another job and gave me a vague timeframe that never happened, and my texts went completely unanswered. I wouldn’t recommend using their services – there are much better options out there. report abuse
