  “I’ve personally had some really positive experiences with Byrd over the past six years – I’ve used their services about 20 times, and it’s consistently been excellent. I do think a lot of their work leans towards commercial projects, which often leads to longer turnaround times, and honestly, it’s something we’re seeing across many businesses these days due to staffing shortages. Despite that, Byrd is incredibly well-respected in our industry here in Mobile, and the office staff are always so friendly and pleasant. It’s important to remember that online reviews often represent the opinions of people who have had a negative experience – many satisfied customers simply don’t feel the need to post a review.   “I initially contacted them in April and was told there was a five-week delay. I understand things get backed up, but it was incredibly frustrating that they didn’t follow up at all for five weeks. When they finally called me back, they hadn’t even gotten my name right, and it seemed like they were significantly behind schedule – closer to ten weeks. Honestly, because of the lack of communication and the extended delays, I won’t be continuing my business with them.” report abuse

  Honestly, I had a really bad experience with this surveying company. They demanded half the payment upfront, and then the quality of the work was shockingly poor. They didn’t mark the land at all, and the surveyor only spent about two hours on the job. Furthermore, one of the workers seemed brand new to the trade and didn’t appear to put in any real effort. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and if I could, I’d give them zero stars. Avoid this company if you’re looking for a professional and accurate survey. report abuse

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Mr. Byrd was incredibly rude, and the customer service was simply terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this company, and I certainly wouldn’t use their services again. report abuse
