“I’ve personally had some really positive experiences with Byrd over the last six years – I’ve used their services more than 20 times, and I’ve always been impressed. It seems a lot of their work is geared toward commercial projects, which naturally leads to longer turnaround times, especially given the current staffing challenges in our industry. They’re incredibly well-regarded in the Mobile business sector, and I’ve always been met with friendly and helpful staff. I think it’s important to remember that online reviews often represent the opinions of those who have had a negative experience – many satisfied clients simply don’t feel the need to post a review. And, if you’re going to leave a review online, please make sure to use proper grammar and spelling; it’s important to be respectful of everyone’s time.”

“I initially contacted them in April and was initially told there was a 5-week delay. However, I didn’t hear back from them for five weeks, which was really frustrating. When they finally called back, they didn't seem to have much information about my case. Due to the lack of communication, I won't be continuing my business with them.”
-
“I cannot recommend this surveying company. They requested an extremely high upfront payment, and then the quality of their work was shockingly poor. They didn’t mark the land correctly, were incredibly late – over two hours – and one of the surveyors only started working on the project recently, seemingly without putting in any real effort. Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would. Avoid them if you want a proper job done.”
-
“I was really expecting to hear back within a day or so, but it’s now been two weeks and I haven’t received any updates.”
-
“I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Mr. Byrd was incredibly rude, and the customer service was simply terrible. I wouldn’t recommend using this company at all.”

"They really took the time to get a sense of what I needed – it felt like a thorough check-in."
