She promised she’d have someone else get back to me, but I never heard anything – not even a follow-up call.   “I was really disappointed with the level of service I received. I contacted them before Christmas and was promised a callback, but I didn’t hear back for two weeks – even with the holidays factored in, it felt like an unreasonably long time. Then, to add to the frustration, I called another company on January 6th and got a prompt response and an appointment scheduled.
