  “I was really looking forward to scheduling a survey for the property I’m buying, and initially I was pleased with the young woman who answered the phone – she was very friendly. However, she explained that she’d need to get someone else to follow up, and I never heard back. It’s disappointing because I based my decision to contact them on the positive reviews I’d read, but the lack of communication was a significant letdown.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the lack of response. I called before Christmas and was promised a callback, but I didn’t hear back for two weeks – which is completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating when a simple return call takes so long, especially with the holidays involved. To make matters worse, I called another company on January 6th and received a callback within an hour and was able to schedule an appointment.
