I’m incredibly frustrated with this service. I called the number, played the automated question game, and was immediately disconnected repeatedly. It’s clearly not a legitimate service – it’s just a loop. And to add insult to injury, there’s no way to speak to a real person. Honestly, it’s a complete waste of time and seems designed to discourage anyone seeking help.
