  “Unfortunately, our experience with this vendor was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, they installed the incorrect window color on our new home, and the subsequent replacement process took months. Adding to the problem, they installed a faulty door which they then shattered while attempting to replace it – a really concerning situation, especially with a toddler in the house. The entire experience was a huge mess and a major setback. While they did eventually replace the door, the overall quality of service and the significant delays made us feel like this was a very bad choice.” report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with the process of getting a new window installed after buying my home in January 2021. It took over five months – until June – to finally get the window put in. To make matters worse, the installers left a huge mess in my yard, didn’t clean the window properly, and even damaged the outside molding around it. I contacted them immediately after the installation, but it took weeks to get a response. I left messages with the service manager, even sent a few texts, but no one ever got back to me. Customer service was incredibly difficult to deal with, and I’m really hoping they can resolve this issue before the end of the year.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. We had a window installed, and from the start, it was a nightmare. The installation itself damaged the window, and instead of fixing it properly, the salesman simply removed and reinstalled it – only to discover a new crack had formed. We were repeatedly told we’d receive a replacement, but it was clear we were being misled. The salesman was dismissive and offered ridiculous explanations, even laughing when I asked to see the original frame to verify it wasn’t a new one. It felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid responsibility. Ultimately, they provided a damaged window and a terrible customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company, and I certainly won’t be using their services again.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Keller-Smith. Honestly, I wouldn’t buy anything from them and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I purchased windows and doors for my new home, and from the start it’s been a nightmare. I’ve spent an excessive amount of time contacting Chris, the salesperson, trying to get a simple issue with one of the windows resolved. It’s been five months, and despite repeated promises, the problem remains unresolved, constantly being pushed back to the shop’s staff. It feels like I’ve been constantly given false assurances – it’s clear they were only interested in getting my money upfront, but the customer service has completely vanished once the sale was complete.” report abuse
