  Honestly, our experience with this vendor was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, they installed the wrong color windows on our new home, and it took months to get the correct ones. Then, they installed a faulty door, and when they attempted to replace it, they shattered the glass, creating a huge mess and a serious safety hazard for our toddler. While they eventually replaced the door, the entire process was a major mistake and a really stressful experience for us from start to finish – we wouldn’t recommend them. report abuse

  I’m really frustrated with the handling of the window replacement after moving into my new home in January 2021. It took over five months to get the window finally installed in June, and unfortunately, the job wasn’t done properly. They left a mess in the yard, didn’t clean the window, and the outside molding around it is now damaged. I contacted them immediately after the installation, but it took weeks to get a response – a promise of a replacement the next day followed by no communication at all. I left messages and sent texts to the service manager, but haven’t heard anything. Customer service has been incredibly difficult to reach, and I’m really hoping this gets resolved before the end of the year. report abuse

  I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from this company. They installed a window that was immediately damaged, and instead of properly addressing the problem, the salesman just removed and reinstalled it, continuing to damage the window further. They then repeatedly misled us, claiming we’d received a new window despite it being the same damaged one with a new crack. The salesman was dismissive and offered ridiculous explanations, even laughing when I asked to see the original frame to verify the issue. Frankly, it felt like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility. I won’t be recommending this company, and I certainly won’t be using their services again. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Keller-Smith. The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't leave zero – it simply wasn’t an option. I recently purchased windows and doors for my new home, and it’s been a complete nightmare. I’ve spent an excessive amount of time contacting Chris, the salesperson, trying to get a simple issue with one of the windows resolved. It’s now five months later and the problem remains unfixed, with Chris repeatedly blaming his shop staff and delaying the solution. Frankly, he seemed only interested in taking my $2,700 and completely disregarded any follow-up customer service. I would never buy from them again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. report abuse
