  I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Window Depot of Mobile. I had 14 windows replaced in my home, and Dustin and Jana were absolutely incredible! They did a fantastic job – super professional, the workmanship was top-notch, and they were so careful to minimize the mess. They even cleaned up everything afterward. Honestly, the whole process was so smooth and painless, which was a huge relief since I’d been anticipating it for a while.   Overall, we were very pleased with the work Dustin and Jana did replacing our sliding glass door. They were professional throughout the entire process, and it took a little longer than initially anticipated – about two days – due to the age of our condo (built in 1978) and the need to replace the rotting wood frame. Eddy was also fantastic, checking in regularly and ensuring everything was covered and cleaned up afterward. It was a bit challenging getting the equipment and doors up to our third-floor condo, but they handled it with care. We’d definitely recommend Jana and Dustin and Window Depot – excellent service! report abuse

  “We’re absolutely thrilled with our new windows – it’s truly been a wonderful experience! We really want to give a huge thanks to Eric for his fantastic work; he was so professional and dedicated. Our story started with a frustrating experience with another company that cancelled our project three times, so we decided to look elsewhere. A friend recommended Window Depot, and thankfully, we connected with Chases who scheduled our installation just in time for the holidays. Eric was amazing – he was incredibly organized and careful, keeping our property spotless and even mindful of our Christmas decorations and tree. He’s been doing this for over 20 years, and you could tell! He delivered the windows ahead of schedule, and the installation went smoothly, even with the weather being a little tricky. My husband and I were blown away by the difference the new windows have made to our home. Mr. Eddie even stopped by to check on things, and we told him we’d give Eric ten stars if we could!   “I can’t recommend Window Depot highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Heath and Ally were absolutely brilliant installers – they were both incredibly professional, arrived right on time each day, and worked tirelessly to get the job done. They were so careful removing our old windows and meticulous when installing the new ones, ensuring nothing was damaged. What really impressed us was their dedication; they completed installing 11 windows in just 1 1/2 days and were always happy to address any small concerns we had. Plus, they took care of removing the old windows for us – such a huge convenience! They were also very respectful of our property and incredibly polite and accommodating. We’ve been really impressed with the quality of their work, especially considering they installed windows in another part of our building a couple of years ago, and they’re still looking fantastic and keeping those areas perfectly comfortable.
