  “Overall, I was really impressed with the team. Brenda was fantastic at guiding me through the whole process, and Jerry was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. They completed the replacement of my old septic and leach field remarkably quickly – they were on-site for about a week and finished the job within the month. To top it off, they even seeded the lawn where they did the work! Honestly, what could have been a really stressful and expensive experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth and efficient.” report abuse

  “As a representative of the business, it’s really important to conduct yourself professionally. Frankly, the driving behavior observed was quite inconsiderate – pulling out in front of me, following too closely, and then parking aggressively without signaling.   “I was really disappointed with my recent experience. The food arrived perfectly hot and on time, having been delivered all the way from Ludlow. However, the driver, Logan, immediately removed my tip after delivering it – I don’t understand why he did that and it felt completely unfair. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this business based on that experience alone; it just wasn’t cool at all.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with Excavation Plus! We just moved into our new house and immediately ran into some septic tank problems, but they were incredibly responsive. They came out the same day to diagnose the issue and had it completely fixed the next day. What really impressed me was when they also tackled a separate problem caused by another company’s drain cleaning – they went above and beyond to get everything sorted out.
