I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from Boardwell Mechanical. We were about to take off from Detroit (DTW) when my wife let me know the water heater wasn’t working. Overall, the service was pretty good. The initial technician was really knowledgeable and helpful. However, the replacement crew started the work and then disappeared without a word – they were supposed to return four hours ago. It was frustrating that I couldn't get in touch with them, and I was relieved to finally reach them before they closed. Thankfully, they were able to complete the job, and everything seems to be working fine. I just wish they’d kept me updated on their progress. Despite the communication issues, it’s clear they’re a hardworking team.
