Luquire has been taking care of my unit for years, and I’m really impressed with their service. They recently handled a water leak quickly and effectively – which was fantastic, especially considering I’ve had a few leaks over the years. They even sent someone out with a camera snake to investigate the pipes, and they pinpointed the issue of accumulated A/C sludge, a common problem with older homes like mine. They clearly explained how to prevent it from happening again, and I’m very pleased with their responsiveness and expertise.
