There was damage to the A pillar trim, the windshield wipers weren’t installed properly, and the new windshield itself had a noticeable wave – right in the center of my view.   “Overall, I had a pretty frustrating experience. The technician was fantastic – clearly knowledgeable and skilled. However, the service started poorly. The front desk associate was polite, but she didn’t offer any initial information or a quote before the work began, which I had to ask for while she was already working on my car. She also didn’t explain what the technician was doing, and I was left feeling confused. Adding to that, she was on speakerphone talking in Spanish for the entire time I was waiting and being checked out by another person.” report abuse

  Overall, my experience with this company was fairly quick and straightforward, though there were a few inconsistencies. I initially picked them without checking with my insurance, and it turned out they don’t actually offer a mobile service. Despite that, the first call I received was professional and they answered promptly when I returned it. I appreciated arriving on time for my 8 am appointment. However, the technician’s arrival times were a little unpredictable, arriving between 8:15 and 8:30, which was a bit frustrating. The windshield repair itself was completed relatively quickly – about 70 minutes. Just a note – the office gets quite cold, so it’s worth bringing a sweater! I had a similar issue a week later with another rock chip, and the repair took just 45 minutes for $50, but I ended up paying out of pocket because I didn't want to deal with the insurance process again. report abuse

The staff were also so friendly and helpful, really making the whole process smooth.   “I was so relieved when I called them after getting a big windshield chip on our trip to Pensacola. They were incredibly responsive and got us in right away, and the price was a fantastic 1/3 less than another company I’d been looking at. The technician was amazing – so friendly and positive, even though they were really busy. He did a great job, the work was guaranteed, and it looked fantastic.
