  I was so relieved when I finally got my rearview mirror fixed! It had come loose and was really distracting while driving, making me feel completely lost. After a frustrating search for a solution, a helpful person suggested I try some auto repair stores, but I wasn’t comfortable with what was recommended. I did some online research and found a great video highlighting the importance of quality products. Thankfully, a friend steered me to Best Glass, and though they couldn't do the repair, they referred me to Auto Glass Now and Mark's Glass. I was so anxious at first, but the team at Auto Glass Now was incredibly reassuring and helpful – the receptionist, the phone operators, and especially the technicians were all so kind and knowledgeable. They really calmed my nerves and assured me they could fix the problem.   “Seriously, avoid this place. They’ve already replaced my window, and after just three days, cracks started appearing. They claimed it wasn’t from pressure—something probably hit it, but I was in my car and saw nothing, and there’s no evidence of anything striking it. Best to stay well clear of it.” report abuse
