She immediately steered us towards the most basic, cheapest tiles without offering any alternatives or even asking about our project’s needs.   I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Jim Dozier and Denise Snipes at Acme Brick. When my ex-husband was involved in a shocking accident outside their office – a tire came loose from a truck and smashed into his car – they immediately sprang into action. They were wearing safety hats and quickly assessed his condition, providing him with first aid supplies and ensuring he was safe. Their professionalism and quick thinking were truly remarkable, and I’m incredibly grateful for their help that day.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service I received. I placed an order for tile on September 28th and still haven’t received my entire order. I’ve tried reaching them multiple times – emailing three times and calling – but haven’t gotten any response at all. They initially told me the last box shipped on October 26th, with an estimated arrival of November 3rd. When I went to pick it up on November 5th, they informed me it had shipped just the day before and might arrive on the 6th. The whole experience was frustrating and impersonal; they simply handed me a note saying ‘oh well’ without so much as an apology. Honestly, I won't be ordering from this company again.” report abuse
