Instead of conducting the takeoff as agreed, the estimator contacted our client directly, resulting in a completely inaccurate estimate. When we raised concerns, he actually blamed us, suggesting we should have done the work ourselves. It was completely unacceptable and frankly, felt incredibly disrespectful. We won't be using their services again.”
