  “I went to get a piece of HB trim to repair my rotted fascia, and unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. They told me they only carried it in 12-foot lengths, and I asked if they could cut a piece to fit my needs. However, they questioned whether I had a saw to do the cutting myself, which I thought was odd – I expected lumber suppliers to have those. I pointed out that HB is made just 15 miles away in Prattville, but they explained there was a three-year backlog in getting it from that supplier. Honestly, at that point, it felt like they weren’t really interested in helping me, and the whole conversation just seemed like a lot of excuses. I ended up having to go elsewhere, and I won't be returning.” report abuse

  “The materials themselves were easy to obtain, and I appreciated how straightforward the quoting process was. However, I was really disappointed with the customer service I received. On both occasions – the first time I picked up the materials and then again a week later – the person at the counter seemed quite rude and unfriendly.   "We hired WallZone for a takeoff, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Instead of conducting the takeoff as agreed, the estimator contacted our client directly, resulting in an inaccurate assessment. When we raised concerns, he responded with an unreasonable attitude, essentially blaming us for not doing the work ourselves.
