  I wanted to get some quotes for a few projects, and my experience with the person I spoke with was really disappointing. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional – he didn’t seem to care about potentially gaining new business and his initial greeting was quite dismissive. When I simply asked who I was speaking with, he responded in an angry and abrupt way, and then just hung up on me. It was a really poor experience, and I hope it wasn’t the owner, as the way the business is being represented needs to be addressed. report abuse

Matt came to my property and really listened to what I wanted – he completely understood my vision. His team did a fantastic job, quickly removing the lawn and getting the concrete poured within a couple of days. It was a really professional operation, and I’ve actually seen a few neighbors getting concrete work done through them – they’ve clearly done a great job. They even thoughtfully added a rain drain, which is a really nice touch. The only thing is, it’s made my old driveway look a little dated now! My wife and I got quotes from several contractors for a patio extension, and many of them seemed uninterested in our relatively small project, quoting us inflated prices. Matt at Concreations was a completely different story. Despite being incredibly busy, he scheduled us within a week and then followed up a week later to ensure we were completely satisfied, even touching up the color of the concrete. It’s clear Matt is incredibly dedicated to his work.   Matt Morgan and his team clearly have a talent for beautiful, high-quality concrete work – I saw it firsthand. However, because he’s often booked with large projects, getting a slot for a residential job can be difficult and require patience. While the work itself is worth the investment, it’s crucial to ensure it’s done properly. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I had a concrete slab installed for over $2,000 to prevent water damage, and it’s now cracked and detached from the house, nearly two months later. Matt has repeatedly promised to fix it, but hasn’t provided a receipt or invoice for the work completed, leaving me with a substandard job and no accountability. I strongly advise anyone considering his services to proceed with extreme caution. report abuse
