  I wanted to get some quotes for a few projects and unfortunately, my experience with the person I spoke with was really disappointing. He was incredibly rude and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. When I simply asked who I was speaking with, he responded in a dismissive and aggressive way, and ultimately hung up on me. It was a very unprofessional interaction, and I hope it wasn’t the owner, as it reflects poorly on the business. report abuse

  Overall, I was incredibly pleased with my experience working with Matt and his team at Concreations. Matt is a really trustworthy and straightforward guy – he always delivers on his promises and provides honest, realistic estimates. I really appreciated the thoroughness of our initial meetings where I was able to clearly outline my project goals and receive valuable feedback. He was also a huge help throughout the design process. What stood out most to me was his responsiveness; he consistently got back to me quickly, whether it was a phone call or text. The team worked incredibly quickly, getting the lawn cleared and the concrete poured within a day or two. It was a really professional job, and I’ve actually seen a few neighbors getting concrete work done after seeing mine! They even thoughtfully added a rain drain, which has been working great. Matt at Concreations was fantastic – he was the only one who was able to fit us in within a week, even with his incredibly busy schedule. And after the job was completed, he even came back to touch up the color, making sure we were completely satisfied. If you’re looking for stamped, colored concrete for your patio, it’s worth investing a little extra – it’s a beautiful, low-maintenance alternative to a wooden deck, and it’ll definitely add value to your home.   Matt Morgan and his team clearly have a talent for beautiful, high-quality concrete work – I’ve seen it firsthand. However, because of the scale of his commercial projects, it can be difficult to get a spot for residential jobs, and you need to be prepared to wait. It’s worth the investment, as you’re paying for a professional result. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I had a concrete slab installed for over $2,000 to prevent water damage, and it’s now almost two months later and the slab has already cracked and separated from the foundation. Matt initially offered to apply sealant but has since stopped responding and hasn’t provided any receipts or an invoice for the work completed. **Seriously, be very cautious when hiring Matt Morgan – the quality of his work doesn't seem to be consistently reliable.** report abuse
