  I’m incredibly disappointed with the work First Realty Services and Russell Construction of Alabama, Inc. have been doing at my apartment complex. For weeks now, they’ve been working on the exterior, but their crew has left a huge mess – specifically, piles of chicken wing bones – all over the building’s yard. It’s not just me who’s noticed; other residents have told me the same thing, and my dog even had to be pulled off a chicken wing bone this morning. Adding to the problem, they’ve also been leaving a lot of other garbage around, including food wrappers and water bottles. It’s completely unacceptable and frankly, irresponsible. I shouldn’t have to spend my time cleaning up after them, especially with concerns about my dog's health. They really need to take responsibility for their work and ensure they’re cleaning up after themselves. report abuse

  It was fantastic to attend the ribbon-cutting for Russell Construction’s new Auburn branch – a really exciting addition to the community! Meeting Josie Russell Young was a particular highlight; she’s clearly incredibly dedicated to her work and it was inspiring to hear about her passion. Russell Construction’s long history – 40 years of building a strong reputation for quality and integrity, including work for Auburn University and several other major companies – is fantastic to see them bring to our area. I’m genuinely wishing Josie and the whole team all the best as they get established in Auburn and continue to thrive. report abuse

  This business clearly needs a serious overhaul. It’s obvious they don’t understand what they’re doing, and their treatment of employees appears incredibly disrespectful. Disturbingly, it seems they resorted to manipulating reviews by asking staff to write positive feedback – a completely unethical and unsustainable approach to boosting their rating. report abuse
