    “We had a really frustrating experience with their service. They sent two technicians out to address a recurring issue with our air conditioning, but despite two service calls, the problem wasn’t resolved. After the second visit, they suggested it might be the compressor, but refused to actually fix it until a further, very expensive, service call was completed. It felt like they were just trying to avoid taking responsibility for the initial problem.” report abuse

    I am incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing the CMI 175 twister. From start to finish, it’s been a nightmare. I was repeatedly misled during the purchase process – I was given one price and then told the machine came with two heads, which wasn't accurate. Shortly after buying it, the machine started malfunctioning, and I ended up paying $2500 for a new track cylinder replacement, only for it to fail again the very next day. Then, to add insult to injury, I received a $6000 bill for labor and mileage, despite being told the cylinder was a sealed unit and couldn’t be rebuilt. The service has been completely unresponsive; I’ve received no returned calls, no updates, and no estimates on repair times. It’s now been five weeks the machine has been down, and despite promising to get an expert involved, I haven’t heard back. Honestly, the whole experience has been utterly unacceptable. I’m not willing to continue paying for these repeated repairs, and I’m seriously considering taking matters into my own hands to resolve this issue. report abuse
