  Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. From the start, the staff seemed completely uninterested in my order, like my door slab was an inconvenience to them. Despite multiple calls over several months, I was constantly given the excuse that the installer was “just outside” and would call back – and he never did. To be waiting nearly eight months after paying nearly $3,000 for the order is completely unacceptable. I won’t be using this company again. report abuse
