More concerning than the equipment issue was the way I was treated – I felt immediately unwelcome and got the impression that my background might have played a part in that.   “I was incredibly frustrated with this experience. I’d booked a boom lift weeks ahead of time, only to be completely let down when it didn't arrive on the day of the job. Despite confirming the delivery with the dispatcher a week prior, the equipment never showed up. It turns out they’d assumed the reservation had been cancelled because I hadn’t answered my phone the day before – a simple unanswered call caused a significant delay, costing us valuable time and money.   “I was really pleased with the service I received – Darrel (I think!) was incredibly helpful with my 27” aerator. The team got me loaded and on the road quickly, and I was able to complete 10 yards by 2pm. The facility was clean and the staff provided excellent customer service – they were especially helpful when my rented tool had a problem and went above and beyond to make sure I could finish my project.
