  “I was really disappointed with the service. The person I spoke to didn’t seem particularly concerned when I scheduled the appointment for Saturday, and he assured us he’d call 30 minutes beforehand. He never showed up or called, which was incredibly frustrating.” report abuse

  “I was extremely disappointed with this company. The gate they installed was far too expensive, and shockingly, it broke down twice within just two months – both while still under warranty. Worse than the faulty product was the way they handled the situation; they made me feel like I was somehow responsible for the problem, which was completely unfair. A gate costing $6,000 shouldn’t be failing so frequently, and the customer service was simply not pleasant.” report abuse

  “The fence installation itself went really quickly, which was a positive. However, we’ve had significant problems since then. Both gates have become stuck and won’t open or close properly. I tried to get it resolved by calling multiple times, but I was unable to reach anyone – I left messages each time. It’s incredibly frustrating that it’s taken this long to fix, especially since it’s only been three months since the fence was installed. To make matters worse, we’ve also noticed some issues with the fence itself, including loose poles and a tilted pole near the house, along with poor angles on several of the top posts.” report abuse
