“The fence installation itself was quite fast, which was a good start. However, we’ve had a major issue with the gates – they’ve been stuck and wouldn’t open or close properly for several weeks after being installed. I tried calling three times, but it was incredibly difficult to get through, and on two of the calls I left messages about the problem. To make matters worse, after just three months, we’re already noticing loose poles and a significant leaning in one of the poles near the house, along with some poor angles on several of the top posts. It’s concerning that nobody has responded to address these issues.”
