  I’m incredibly frustrated with the recent fence installation. Four months ago, I paid $7500 through the builder, A+, and the final result is completely unacceptable. They installed the fence so tightly around the AC unit and utility lines that it’s now completely blocked, preventing anyone from accessing the area behind it – a critical safety concern in case of a leak. Despite reaching out for over three months, no one seems to be taking responsibility. Now, A+ is offering to charge me an additional fee to remove the blockage, and they’ve even added new fences on the adjoining property, further complicating the situation. To add insult to injury, I just received an email stating they’re canceling the original quote because the builder HOA doesn’t want the blockage removed. As the homeowner, I should have access to my own land – I’m essentially trapped and can’t get to the back of my property! It’s unbelievable that a professional company would proceed like this. report abuse

  “I’ve always been really happy with A+’s work, which is why I called them again this year to extend our yard and replace the old fencing. They responded incredibly quickly and were so professional from start to finish. The final result is fantastic! Then, a commercial driver caused some damage a few months later, and A+ was right out there to fix it immediately.   I just wanted to say how thrilled I am with the whole fencing project – the remote gate opener and the fence along the house are absolutely fantastic!
