He really knew his stuff, explained everything clearly, and helped me figure out the best solution.   “I was really impressed with Conner and his associate – they were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door. I appreciated that Conner clearly explained everything and offered me three different repair options, including a full explanation of the parts needed and the timeframe for the work. I was happy with the solution and agreed to schedule the repairs for a later date, which they cheerfully accommodated.   Overall, I’d give this company a solid 3 stars. The tech, Trevor Meador, was fantastic – he was incredibly friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. I would absolutely give him 5 stars. However, the initial experience with the receptionist when I got the estimate was disappointing. The delay – they said Trevor would be there in 20-30 minutes, but he was over an hour late – was frustrating, especially because she hadn't informed Trevor about the heavy traffic. It felt like a miscommunication on her part. Thankfully, Trevor himself was excellent, and the pricing was suitable, so we’d definitely consider using them again. report abuse
