  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work we received for over $1100. We specifically requested that they fix the issues and properly seal the door, but we haven’t heard back from them at all. It’s clear they don’t stand behind their workmanship, and the quality of the job, as you can see in the pictures, is unacceptable.   I can’t recommend Bye Door Installs. Last Friday, their technician came out to investigate a garage door issue – my car was stuck inside – and instead of fixing the problem, he immediately started criticizing the home’s construction, which was completely unprofessional. After promising to order parts and return, he never followed through. Then, we received an unbelievably high estimate of $8,723, claiming the door was severely damaged and needed replacement. It felt like a blatant attempt to scam us. When I contacted the company, no one answered my calls, and AHS had to find a new service provider. Thankfully, a local company came out and quickly and efficiently resolved the issue for just $199. It’s clear Bye Door Installs was trying to inflate the bill and mislead both AHS and us. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism, communication, and the outrageous estimate. I strongly advise against using this company. report abuse

  “Pat was absolutely amazing! He fixed our garage door so quickly and did a really thorough job – he clearly knew what he was doing. What really stood out was that he didn’t just fix the immediate problem; he checked everything, including the keypad and remotes, and got them working perfectly before he left.
