  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They completely misled me about their services and the quality of their work. They promised to resolve my issue, but the work they did was truly awful. When I raised concerns, they immediately offered a one-year warranty – a tactic that felt dishonest. Then, when I contacted them to have the faulty work corrected, they claimed I hadn't hired them for that service. It's clear this is a deceptive business, and I strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere – they're essentially scammers. report abuse

  I can’t recommend Bye Door Installs. Last Friday, their technician arrived after my car was stuck in the garage due to a problem with the door. Instead of focusing on fixing the issue, he immediately started criticizing the original builders, which felt incredibly unprofessional. Then, he presented an unbelievable estimate of $8,723, claiming the door was severely damaged and needed to be replaced – a total fabrication. After multiple unanswered calls and a frustrating delay, a local company quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem for just $199. It’s clear Bye Door Installs was trying to inflate the cost and mislead AHS and us. Their lack of communication and completely unwarranted accusations were appalling. I urge anyone considering them to think twice. I’d like to thank Up Down Garage Door for providing excellent, honest service – they were a breath of fresh air compared to this experience. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this company provided. It was truly substandard and, frankly, a complete waste of money. Worse still, they damaged parts of the surrounding area which will now require costly repairs. The quality of the work was shockingly poor and unfinished, and I’m extremely unhappy with the final result. I strongly advise against hiring them – I would not recommend them at all. report abuse

  Pat was amazing! He really took care of our garage door problem quickly and professionally – he knew exactly what he was doing. What really stood out was that he didn’t just fix the initial issue; he also made sure our keypad and remotes were working perfectly before he left. It was so helpful that he took the time to double-check everything, saving us a potential extra service call.
