  “We were absolutely thrilled with the recent installation of our new shower enclosure and the four large mirrors. The team took the time to measure and cut the mirrors perfectly to our specifications and the framing really elevated the look of the whole space. Alice in the office and the installers were fantastic – incredibly professional, courteous, and you could tell they were genuinely reliable.   “The service was really quick, which was appreciated. However, there was an issue with the customization. I specifically asked for a nickel radius rounding on two corners of one glass piece, but I received a silver dollar radius rounding on *all* twelve corners.   I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience. I contacted you over the weekend for urgent help and was met with a series of confusing and unhelpful responses. First, I was told I’d need to pay an extra $125 for weekend service, then I never received a callback. When I called again, I was given the same information, and then advised to wait until Monday to save money. Eventually, someone confirmed they could send someone out Monday, but then, just before my appointment, I was told they were completely booked and couldn’t send anyone. It felt like I was being passed from person to person, each with the same conflicting information. Honestly, it was incredibly stressful and inconvenient, and I ended up having to write a review—something I never usually do. report abuse

  “This was an absolutely disastrous experience. I was excited to receive my new glass order, but when I went to pick it up, it was completely missing. They offered a paltry $25 credit after I explained I had a critical installer arriving that day. Ultimately, I paid $200 for them to install the glass, only for them to start cutting the wrong door frame in my house before ultimately going outside and cutting on another door entirely. I tried to send them pictures of the damage, but the owner, Jeff, just hung up on me – clearly lacking any understanding of customer service. I had no choice but to cancel the job and hire a professional. I’m incredibly frustrated and baffled as to how Jeff has managed to stay in business. Seriously, avoid this company – read this review if your glass starts to give you problems after a botched installation!” report abuse

The team was incredibly friendly and really went the extra mile – they not only fixed my windshield perfectly, but they even vacuumed my floorboard and cleaned my dashboard!   “I was really disappointed with my experience. I paid $415 for a glass repair, but the service was incredibly frustrating. They essentially just screwed the glass in place, and then the next day, they called to add adhesive – and charged me an additional $175 for that labor. They claimed the adhesive wasn't included in the original price, which felt completely ridiculous and like a sneaky way to increase my bill. It just felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.” report abuse
