    I’m so disappointed with my experience with this company. After three weeks, I still haven't received a clear answer about whether they install glass. I took a full day off to meet with the owner to get measurements, and he completely failed to show up or even let me know he wouldn’t be there. It felt like they simply didn’t value my time or my project. Honestly, I strongly advise against using their services – it’s clear they’re not reliable or customer-focused. report abuse

    “I’m incredibly frustrated with this experience. I paid $432 for a glass door repair, and after being told the part was in stock, the technician never showed up for either of the two scheduled appointments – and, unbelievably, kept my money. It’s completely unacceptable. Adding to the problem, I’ve been struggling to get anyone to return my calls, and I’m dealing with an older gentleman who answers the phone. It’s been three months just to receive a single piece of glass, and frankly, the level of service I’ve received is appalling. I’m seriously considering pursuing this through small claims court.” report abuse

    “I was really disappointed with my experience. Steve, the owner, was incredibly unresponsive – it took two weeks to get in touch with him, and he was dealing with a personal matter at the time. I was understanding of that, but when he did finally respond, he scheduled a visit to measure my property, which he completely missed. I tried to get in touch after he didn’t show up, but he just brushed me off. It was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.” report abuse

    “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience ordering a mirror from Alabama Glass. Three weeks ago, I placed an order and was given an estimated delivery timeframe of 7-10 days. Since then, I’ve been met with incredibly poor service – a consistently rude phone representative who has even hung up on us, and difficulty getting through to anyone, specifically Steve, who is never available and doesn’t return our calls. Frankly, it’s been a frustrating and unacceptable experience, and we won’t be using their services again. We’ll be sure to share our negative experience with others.” report abuse

    “I took my antique coffee table to [Shop Name] to get a replacement piece of glass. Steve had told me I could bring it in, and he measured it, explaining that because the original glass was beveled, a perfect fit wouldn’t be possible. He said he’d get back to me with a price quote later that day, but I didn’t hear from him. The next morning, I called again, and Steve explained he hadn’t had a chance to look into the costs. He promised to get back to me by 2 pm, but he left for the day and wouldn’t be back until Monday. When I finally picked up my table, Steve’s uncle was alone in the shop – he seemed a little out of place, and honestly, it was a bit strange. Thankfully, he helped me load it into my car, which was a huge relief since the table is so heavy. Moving forward, I need to be kept in the loop. Communication is key, and I appreciate the help, but I’ll definitely be considering my options if I can’t get a clear update. ” report abuse

    “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I initially dropped off some glass pieces on a Monday with a clear timeframe of receiving the measurements by Thursday of the same week. However, I had to drive back a week later and was still waiting. Then, three weeks went by and I was told they hadn't even cut the glass, and to make matters worse, they’d lost my measurements – they’re just kept on random scraps of paper. Because of this complete mix-up, I had to have the furniture remeasured. Honestly, their organization seems completely disorganized, and I definitely won’t be trusting them with my business going forward.” report abuse
