“He’s been really frustrated – he’s been trying to reach them for the last three months, but it’s been nearly impossible to get through. When someone finally does answer, it’s usually just to be told they’re incredibly busy and it’ll take them a long time to get back to him.”
-
“I’ve consistently had a really positive experience with the AECB – they’ve always been friendly and quick to respond to my queries.”
-
This was a deeply frustrating experience. The process felt incredibly slow and disorganized, and the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive. Frankly, it was a shockingly poor service, and I believe significant changes – potentially even a reduction in funding – are needed to address these serious issues.
-
“I was really frustrated with my experience – they were completely unresponsive when I tried to call and the tone of the person I spoke with felt dismissive and disrespectful.”
-
“I was consistently unable to reach them – emails went unanswered.”

Given the serious misrepresentation of information to the HBAA, it’s clear this group needs to be dissolved.
